Looking for office from 5, 6 and 7 adistrict

We want to move starting from 1st of June or 1st of July in a new office in the city center of Budapest.
We are a software development company with 6 people. Later we might add a few more employees so by the end ot the year we might have 8 to 10 people.
It would be advantageous if the office would have own kitchen and toilet. But that's not necessity. Also we appreciate offices with big windows and lots of light.
I am in Budapest on Wednesday (20.5.) so please send the floor plan and the offer to me asap so we can schedule a viewing.
